Primus provides legal consultancy and follow-up services in merger and acquisition transactions. We provide legal support for the resolution of legal disputes that have arisen or may arise in all transactions such as the sale of some or all of the shares of the companies, the sale of the shares of the company partners, the purchase of them or the merger of more than one company or the division of a company. Since these concepts have only recently entered the Turkish commercial life, it is of great importance to take precautionary measures and to carry out the transactions under legal supervision in case of high-probability disputes.

Our office provides legal services to domestic and foreign investors in all these purchase and sale transactions and merger-acquisition transactions.

In our office, consultancy services are provided in all investment transactions such as share transactions, preemption rights, promise to sell, exercise of options, sale of shares and shares, transactions related to employee share options, strategic partnerships and joint ventures and so on.

We also follow the processes of conducting legal examination and evaluation studies for our clients within the scope of the transaction or legal - real persons and their assets, following all transactions and examining the characteristics of company organizations, management and shares for transaction compliance. In addition to these, our office provides the taxation and financing plans of the transactions, the applications to be made with the Competition Authority or the administrative authority and independent institutions in other private markets, the permits and the follow-up of all these transactions.
